The “Outlaw” 8 Panel Riders Cap is a combination of the Newsboys Cap worn by men and boys of the Italian Working Class during the 1910s-20s and the Riders Cap from the movie “The Wild One” (1953). Its versatility allows you to wear it both ways.

Overall, the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I lost my expectation to get a response from this company.
For this hat, shipping took about 2 months. I live in South Korea, but still, when I purchase through European companies they took a month at the most.
Even quality, the top of this hat the little circle part got taken out for no reason, so it is lost. Therefore, I’ve contacted this company but same issue. lack of conversation skills for this company. I never will make any other transaction with this company.

It’s unfortunate that you have this opinion about our customer service, when we always replied to you very kindly and providing you all the information.
You live in a US military base in South Korea which is American soil, and all the shipping companies aren’t able to deliver to your address, we had to use the Italian Post Office and that’s why it took so long. And obviously this is not under our control.
