I originally ordered size M-which is normally my size (180 cm), but found it too tight around shoulders, so I switch it for L which is perfect for me. I have had this jacket for a few months now and I absolutely love it. It’s super warm and I’ve gotten tons of compliments other people. When holding it in your hands you can instantly tell that this is a very high quality jacket. I am 190 and weigh about 83 kg. I initially bought one in Large but it felt too small so I exchanged it to an Extra Large, which then felt perfect. The terracotta jackets on the other hand seem to run a bit big and with those I am a size Large.

I love this jacket. I have worn it for a bit more than a month now in temperatures between -3 C and 10 C, with or without rain and strong wind on Amsterdam bike lanes and Paris périph at the back of a scooter. It’s just perfect. I love the style with the contrasting leathers. It gives a really nice, not flashy, viril look. People need to come up close to notice the details and be wowed. Otherwise inconspicuous but behaving like a very close and trusted friend to take care of the elements. It doesn’t show in the pictures but you can close the collar around your neck very easily and get full protection without a zip meddling with your skin. With the collar up, people do notice you! As for sizing, I think L or XL would have both worked well for me (183 cm, 85kg) because Daniel keeps the design with a nice fit. I chose L as I couldn’t try them both and really wanted to avoid the oversized look that a lot of girls and grandpas enjoy. At first it felt a bit tight wearing it with a shirt plus a thick jumper but after a couple of weeks of wear the jacket takes your shape and becomes fully functional for YOU. I would recommend a pair of Shangri-La Nubuck gloves for cold weather as the pockets will not serve to protect your hands (pockets are very practical, the zipped one holds a wallet and a phone without a problem and the patch pocket is deep enough to keep everything safe). And great communication with Marco! The way Marco and Daniel do business is very inspiring. Thank you again!

This is the best jacket I now own. Like others have said even at higher price points. Anything I say to try to describe it won’t do it justice. You really can’t go wrong, it is incredible. Marco was amazing with sizing too, fits perfect. I will give you my details to help, as I used peoples reviews to determine my size (along of course with advice from Marco). I am about 6’1” and 190lbs, on a lean frame with a small stomach. I wanted a jacket that wasn’t super snug, and I could wear a sweater under. Marco recommended the XL, and it fit exactly like I wanted. Not that I typically wear North American Large, or 42/52 jacket/suit size. So this was sizing up. I was also really impressed with the length of the sleeves, typically jackets are too short. The arms also fit really well, and I have full mobility. Enough about the sizing though, the quality is outstanding. Not a thread out of place, the leather is some of the best I have seen, the looks, the smell, the colors, the zippers… are you still reading this? Place the order now.

I recently recievd the B3 Aviatore B3 in seal brown. Where to start with the positives. I emailed Marco to enquire about sizing, I’m 6’2 (1.88m), and between a UK 42 and 44 jacket size (52, 54 European), and weigh roughly 94 kg. Marco advised getting a size XL. Well, the fit is spot on, I didn’t want a loose fitting jacket, and this is a tight, but comfortable fit, the sleeve length is perfect, and I can wear a chunky polo neck underneath for winter. It will be perfect for a shirt or t-shirt underneath during autumn, I actually took the dog for an early morning walk with only a t-shirt on two days ago (in winter), and was as warm toast.
For comparisom, I own a few Valstar jackets, although not B3 type jackets, and have found the fits to be rather hit and miss, a 54 Valstar just about fits, so somewhat rather misleading on their part.
The sheer quality of this Shangri La jacket is just on another level. Although not cheap, it is my own opinion, just as good, if not better than Valstar. Importantly, the jacket is cheaper than other high end offerings, such as Tom Ford, Brunello Cucinelli etc…. The shearling is luxurious, soft, and to the highest quality. The stitching is of high quality, the jacket is robust and will last for many years.
Highly recommended, and the quick and personal response from the company is an added bonus.

The B-3 jacket I just got is truly perfect. The style is true to the original but adds some very nice design touches. Materials are incredible as well as craftsmanship. As a whole, the jacket is like nothing I’ve seen before. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t invest in made-to-measure option. It would be definitely worth the money.
