Inspired by early 40s type B-3 Flight jackets from the Second World War and revisited with a unique Italian touch, the “Aviatore” B-3 Shearling Jacket represents an authentic garment made of Italian Shearling Sheepskin reinforced with leather trimmings in vegetable tanned Lambskin from Tuscany (Italy).
The Shearling Sheepskin is the perfect natural insulator for cold weather. The soft sheep wool encases your body, ensuring maximum body warmth retention and at the same time wicking away excess moisture when the body generates it.

This is a very good jacket.
About the quality : the leather is very soft and the fur is INCREDIBLY sweet. Wearing this jacket is like having a cuddle toy on the shoulders. If closed, the collar gods high and protect the neck and the low part of the face. The sleeves are the perfect lenght. You have two pockets, one open, the another with a zip. You feel the quality and the work done on the jacket by wearing it and this is a satisfying feeling.
About the fit : it’s slim fit. I’m about 172cm and 67kg and the same Medium fits perfect regular for me. I can wear a thick sweater under the jacket but nothing more. So i’ll recommand to go one size further if you want to do layering and took your normal size if you want to wear it in a tayloring style.
What i dislike :
– the jacket doesn’t have a double zip which is more comfortable.
– the collar locking is made of pression buttons instead of most shearling jackets made with a leather belt. Buttons are more practical but much less elegant…
– the jacket is not very thick, and in my opinion, it will not be the best jacket for very cold weather, under 0 celsius degree. It could have been slightly thicker. Thankfully, it is thick enough to have a great fit once you wear it.
The contrasted leather reinforcement band are too narrow, and its look cheaper than my acne shearling.
Those are only details, it’s a wonderful jacket for its price.
